Chowder House Cafe

Went there for dinner tonight and they said a hour wait for six  so we said ok and put our name in and my wife and I sat at the bar ordered a drink and waited for our kids to get there. They show up and my pregnant daughter and son in law sit  at the bar next to us  and the bar tender comes up to them and tell them they can&rsquo;t sit at the bar. We just sat down before them. They said the bar seats are reserved for dinner service and you have to wait for a seat. You can&rsquo;t even sit and have a cocktail while waiting for your table. What??? The bald guy with glasses at the door was exceptionally rude and the bearded bartender wasn&rsquo;t much nicer. Their overflow area where you are supposed to wait there isn&rsquo;t any tables  or wait staff and you have to go and get the drink at the bar. Place is run by nimwitts and their vodka sucks too.  Never give them a another penny.   Update. My son called and asked to have them reserve him two seats at the bar and they said that the seats are the bar are first come first serve. To bad because the food is good but the people running it are idiots.
